C21 Contracting Corp is a scaffolding company based in the Bronx. Since 2004, we have provided scaffolding, sidewalk sheds, and site protection for buildings across all five New York City boroughs, working from our office at 1363 White Plains Road.
Building owners, property managers, and contractors call us when they need access to a facade, protection over a sidewalk, or a secure perimeter around a job site, and they need it set up properly and to code.
We started in the Bronx and we are still here. Our office and base of operations are at 1363 White Plains Rd, Bronx, NY 10462, which puts our team within reach of jobs across the city and lets us respond quickly when a site needs us.
Over more than two decades, our work has ranged from scaffolding rental for Bronx buildings to suspended scaffolding on Manhattan facades and sidewalk sheds in Brooklyn. Every job is DOB-permitted and carried out to the same standard: equipment that is set up correctly, inspected, and safe for the crews and the public around it.

New York City has changed how long a sidewalk shed can stay up. Under the Department of Buildings’ rules implementing Local Laws 48 and 51 of 2025, shed permits issued or renewed on or after January 26, 2026 last a maximum of 90 days and must be renewed manually.
We manage each shed’s full lifecycle with this in mind: installation, permit renewals on schedule, and removal when the work is done. Our goal is simple: a shed that protects the public for as long as it is needed, and comes down as soon as it isn’t.
