All scaffolding, sidewalk shed, pipe scaffold, temporary fencing, barrier, and related construction work is performed strictly under a separate written contract executed between C21 Contracting Corp and the client. That contract, and not these Terms, establishes the legal scope, pricing, schedule, insurance requirements, permit obligations, and operational responsibilities for the job. Where these Terms and a signed contract conflict, the signed contract controls.
For qualifying residential work in New York City, our agreements incorporate all required disclosures for licensed Home Improvement Contractors enforced by the NYC Department of Consumer and Worker Protection (DCWP).
The Website and its original content, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, brand assets, and structural layout, are owned by or licensed to C21 Contracting Corp and are protected by federal copyright, trademark, and state intellectual property laws.
